Backlight production process flow

The production process of backlight mainly includes the following steps:


Light guide plate cutting: Firstly, select the appropriate acrylic sheet for cutting based on the thickness of the product. Draw cutting diagrams and machine operation diagrams on the computer, and then use a laser cutting machine for precise cutting.

Marking: The cut board enters the marking process. The density of dots has a significant impact on the brightness uniformity of the backlight, so it is necessary to strictly control the density and accuracy of dots.

Film coating: After finishing the film coating, the backlight needs to be treated with film coating. This step includes applying a reflective film at the bottom and a diffusion film on the face to ensure that the light is evenly dispersed.

Assemble LED lights: After the film is applied, assemble the LED lights onto the backlight source. This process requires ensuring the perfect combination of LED lights and backlight sources, and the adhesive needs to be fully cooled to prevent leakage.

Detection: The final step is to detect the photoelectric parameters and light uniformity of the backlight source. This step is very important because any issue can affect the final effect of the backlight source.

Packaging: After passing the inspection, the backlight source is packaged according to the requirements to complete the entire production process.

Key technologies and equipment: In the production of backlight sources, laser cutting machines, automatic film sticking machines, and detection equipment are all key technological equipment. Laser cutting machines can provide high-precision cutting, automatic film sticking machines ensure uniform film adhesion, and testing equipment ensures product quality.
